We came in for lunch on a Monday after leaving the beach. We were still in beach attire with beach hair! No problem! We ordered the AYCE fish and shrimp served from 11-2 pm and it was delicious! Service was great, even when I accidentally knocked over my tea! So embarrassing, but they moved us to the next open table and cleaned up quickly with no complaints. They were very nice about it. The atmosphere is very casual with good music and friendly staff. The prices aren't outrageous in either direction, but pretty comparable. We will definitely be back and I do recommend.
I had the white fish which was delicious. I also had a side salad which was fresh and delicious. It had boiled egg and pecans. The dressing was great. My husband had blackened mahi mahi. He loved it. Our server was Brittney who took good care of us. The restaurant is dark and doesn’t give a good first impression, otherwise a perfect score.
We grabbed Mikee’s Seafood with another family and had a good experience. Four all you can eat dinners, one crab dinner, filet, and kid’s cheeseburger. They kept bringing out crab for the all you can eat, fresh and hot! I would recommend this spot for crab; pass on the filet. The Jo’s burger was a good size.
The food was great and the service was good. It fills up fast so get there early.
Best seafood we've had in Gulf Shores! Great service! Great food! The salad that came with the meal was fresh and had the best croutons I think I've ever had. The grilled grouper was super fresh, grilled perfectly and tasted so good! The jumbo shrimp were very good. The coleslaw was unique and very good along with the puppies and fritters. Everything was great! The service was exceptional. Don't miss this place when visiting Gulf Shores. *edit: oh yeah, the drink prices were normal! Not the typical beach tourist markup!
Y’all!! Oh my gosh!! How have I missed this place until today?! We ordered the Ruben eggrolls to start - WOW! Dale (our phenomenal server) suggested their specialty cabbage (sweet and tangy) with my snow crab legs, homemade thousand island dressing with my sons fried shrimp, and a slice of their homemade peanut butter and key lime pie!! Sweet baby Jesus this place is not disappoint! Actually, ALL of it surpassed my expectations! Good eats on the first night at the beach! We will be back again and again!
This place was an amazing recommendation from the captain of our family fishing trip down at Fort Morgan Marina - we caught about 3lb of Spanish mackerel and Dale and his wonderful crew at Mikee's seriously took care of us - they cooked our fresh caught fish to perfection (I highly recommend the blackened option!)! The cabbage side dish was also amazing! Dale was a wonderful host and a wonderful person to meet and talk with!
Can I say DELICIOUS!! Perry from Off The Hook Charters recommended we take our fish to Mikee's and have them prepare it for us. We had our fish grilled, fried and blackened. All were fantastic! For sides we did baked beans, fries, potatoes, green beans, hush puppies and corn fritters. Everything was wonderful. Service was also great! I will definitely be coming back!
